Immersing itself in the trend of sustainable and creative tourism, Salt breathes new life into old ship timbers, forgotten iron scraps, crafted anew by architect Nguyen Hoa Hiep and talented local artisans.
With authentic Vietnamese cuisine and a European menu, Salt is always meticulous in selecting locally sourced ingredients and preparing dishes aimed at simplicity and nutritional balance.
More than just a restaurant, Salt pioneers in building the image of the Tan Thanh fishing village community through community-connecting events, fostering sustainable tourism, and creating stable employment for local residents.
At that time, this place was still a pristine fishing village, few people knew about it.
